Vouchers and specimens will be dispatched within 7 business days after the transaction is received and payment is successfully processed.

We utilize USPS (United States Postal Service) for all archival transport and will provide tracking information once the accession has been processed and initiated for delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier processing. We are not responsible for transport delays once a specimen has been handed over to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete destination address at point of transaction. We are not responsible for specimens lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
